Water-Resistant Wood, Not Waterproof Vinyl
Nearwood Black features a genuine clear-grade wood veneer on top of a hybrid core. While its Uniclic® locking joint and Wetguard core provide excellent water-resistance against everyday spills, it is a real wood product. It is NOT 100% waterproof luxury vinyl and should be treated with the care real wood requires.
Specifications
Care & Installation
- Acclimate for 48 hours in a 60–80°F (35–55% RH) environment prior to installation.
- Wipe up spills promptly; avoid standing water.
- Vacuum or damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Do not use steam mops or wet mops.
